The Armand Nicolet MO3 – Beautiful By Design

The Armand Nicolet MO3 is by far one of hottest releases this year from the watchmaker out of Tramelan, Switzerland. Known for their distinctive style, Armand Nicolet has been making watches since the early 1900’s and have garnered a following the world around.

The MO3 line is manufactured in polished 316L stainless steel, 18kt rose, and 18kt yellow gold. These supremely attractive lady’s watches can come with or without diamonds. The diamonds used by Armand Nicolet are individually set, full cut round brilliants with Top Wesselton color (F-G) and a VS2-SI1 clarity range. The cases are made with dimensions of 34mm for the diameter, and lie flat on the wrist with a case height of just 11mm.

The case back uses see through sapphire crystal exhibiting the finely crafted self-winding movement Caliber AN9232. Sapphire crystal is also used for the dial window due to its highly scratch resistant nature.

The diamond encrusted models carry two versions – D and L. Version D only does diamonds on the bezel (0.77 carats), while Version L is a full pave case (1.11 carats). As far as complications go, the MO3 also gives options such as moon phase and date, chronograph and date, and date and small seconds. In addition, all of these models can be fitted with a polished 5 piece stainless steel bracelet if the alligator leather isn’t preferred.

The dials on the MO3 models are works of art onto themselves with guilloche engraving on the minute track, small seconds subdial. Mother of Pearl is used to distinguish the hour track. Silver toned applied Roman numerals and indexes are used to mark the hours on these models. Armand Nicolet completes the dial with demure diamond shaped hands.

The MO3 collection pieces are all made water resistant to 100 meters (10 ATM). Securing the watch is a sturdy deployant clasp made to match the case material chosen.
